    Ez-sales is currently being offered with 3 modules: Sales-force automation, Customer service & support management and marketing automation.

    The SFA module empowers your sales team to manage leads, opportunities and account management. Teams can be formed in the organization hierarchy; targets for Business Development Managers set, performance measured and revenues can be forecasted. Ez-sales enables companies to get a 360 degrees view of their prospects and customers. The tools provide 24/7 accessibility to contact-information, sales-data, revenue forecast and any other sales related information from the site.

    Ez-sales marketing automation tool empowers the marketing managers to build and manage marketing campaigns. The marketing department can identify the right target for a promotion/event by predefining the rules to build the list of potential customers from the database of leads. You can create mailing lists on the fly and then send emails, faxes or literature to the specific audience.     No. Ez-sales does not require any infrastructure within your organization. All your users need is a browser and an internet connection. That is the beauty of ez-sales online CRM. If you were to implement any conventional CRM, the investment in infrastructure itself will be almost 5-6 times the cost of software, apart from implementation cost.

    Ez-sales offers its subscribers the facility to convert the data into csv or text files. This text file can be imported/exported by users into any application. If you want to get the data in XML format, it is possible to convert the tables and save it in XML format, which can be later, imported into any other application.

    In near future, ez-sales will be available as web-services application that will enable users to directly interface the data with their applications.

    Yes. You can access ez-sales on hand-held/palm/wap devices. If you want to use ez-sales as an offline application on your palmtop, we shall provide you with the software that can be installed on palmtop and the data can then be synchronized with the database on internet.

    If you've wireless internet connectivity available on palmtop, you can access the website directly thro a browser on the handheld device.

    Ez-sales has some reports that has been customized. If you wish to customize any reports, you can do so and save the views for future use.

    In the next version of Ez-sales, we shall be integrating a OLAP tool that will enable users to get graphical reports with drill-down facilities.

    Ez-sales has been designed to work on https protocol i.e. the secure protocol that ensures that the data transfer from client to server is secure. We've implemented the necessary encryption certificates on the server so that the transactions that happen on ez-sales are secure.
