Ez-sales is complete Online CRM and Customer-Revenue-Optimization
software that empowers your company with complete sales, marketing

Ez-sales is currently being offered with 3 modules: Sales-force
automation, Customer service & support management and marketing
automation.
The SFA module empowers your sales team to manage leads, opportunities
and account management. Teams can be formed in the organization
hierarchy; targets for Business Development Managers set, performance
measured and revenues can be forecasted. Ez-sales enables companies
to get a 360 degrees view of their prospects and customers. The
tools provide 24/7 accessibility to contact-information, sales-data,
revenue forecast and any other sales related information from
the site.
Ez-sales marketing automation tool empowers the marketing managers
to build and manage marketing campaigns. The marketing department
can identify the right target for a promotion/event by predefining
the rules to build the list of potential customers from the database
of leads. You can create mailing lists on the fly and then send
emails, faxes or literature to the specific audience. You can
also monitor the effectiveness of a campaign by recording the
response from each target and ensure that any marketing/promotion

a browser. Just log on the internet and start using ez-sales.

the same facilities that the online edition provides. We shall
inform the subscribers as soon as this version is available for
release.
- Do I need to invest on any infrastructure in my company?
No. Ez-sales does not require any infrastructure within your organization.
All your users need is a browser and an internet connection. That
is the beauty of ez-sales online CRM. If you were to implement
any conventional CRM, the investment in infrastructure itself
will be almost 5-6 times the cost of software, apart from implementation
cost.
- What are the infrastructure facilities available at hosting
company where ez-sales.net is hosted?
Ez-sales.net is being offered as an ASP application. The application
hosting infrastructure like servers, software, security, backup
servers, scalability and OS support is taken care of by our company.
- Can I get integrate data from ez-sales with my inhouse applications?
Ez-sales offers its subscribers the facility to convert the data
into csv or text files. This text file can be imported/exported
by users into any application. If you want to get the data in
XML format, it is possible to convert the tables and save it in
XML format, which can be later, imported into any other application.
In near future, ez-sales will be available as web-services application
that will enable users to directly interface the data with their
applications.
- What administration capabilities does ez-sales offer?
The administration console provided with ez-sales enables companies
to configure and customize the application as per their need.
The administration console, among other things, allows you to:
- Define the roles and hierarchy in an organisation.
- Define the sales process adopted by the company.
- Control and set security permissions & privileges for individual
users/roles/levels.
- Customize fields in different tables as per the requirements
of the company.
- Can I access ez-sales on hand-held/palm/wap devices?
Yes. You can access ez-sales on hand-held/palm/wap devices. If
you want to use ez-sales as an offline application on your palmtop,
we shall provide you with the software that can be installed on
palmtop and the data can then be synchronized with the database
on internet.
If you've wireless internet connectivity available on palmtop,
you can access the website directly thro a browser on the handheld
device.
- What reports can I generate with ez-sales? Can I create
my own custom reports?
Ez-sales has some reports that has been customized. If you wish
to customize any reports, you can do so and save the views for
future use.
In the next version of Ez-sales, we shall be integrating a OLAP
tool that will enable users to get graphical reports with drill-down
facilities.
- Can I export reports to my local machine for offline use?
Yes. You can export the report directly into Excel by just clicking
on a button provided in the report screen.
- What security options have been incorporated in ez-sales?
Ez-sales has been designed to work on https protocol i.e. the
secure protocol that ensures that the data transfer from client
to server is secure. We've implemented the necessary encryption
certificates on the server so that the transactions that happen
on ez-sales are secure.
- What kind of support facilities is provided to customers?
All customers can write for support queries to support@ez-sales.net.
Any queries addressed to the support team will be replied to within
24 hours from the time at which the request is received.
Every customer is provided with a customer ID. Kindly quote this
customer ID in your queries. This will enable us to offer personalized
service to you.
We provide online support, to all customers e-mails, telephone
and chat. You can chat online with our Technical Support Executives
on Yahoo and MSN messenger during working hours
